Render Treatment

Does your render look grubby, or mouldy with black, green or red patches? This is not uncommon, the mix of sun and rain provides an ideal climate for biogrowth to thrive.

Many are tempted to paint over the top to hide these patches and give their property a bit of a refresh. Doing this however will just mask the issue and your efforts will soon be ruined with its speedy return.

Not everyone is aware that you can treat your render. A HSE approved treatment applied by a professional can get your property looking good again and can protect it from the scarring and erosion that biogrowth can cause. This is usually done in two phases.

The soft wash cleaning method we use for cleaning exterior render, uses HSE approved biocide to actively treat the organic micro-organisms growing within the surface. Simply painting over render will just cover mould temporarily and it will soon grow back through. It's important to treat it at its source.
